Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase/receipt for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. SALE ITEMS, SHOES, BIKINIS, AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE. 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn or unused
• With tags and in its original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Process

• Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@mariabellaboutique.com. You will receive instructions on how to return your item(s).
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Store Credit

• Issuance: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for the purchase price of the item(s). 
• Usage: Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases on our website. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exclusions

• Final Sale: All shoes, accessories and sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
