Shipping policy

Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Our carriers do not pick up packages on weekends. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the shipping provider.

After your package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. Any delays, lost, or missing packages must be handled directly through them, though we are always happy to assist.
